Information on Personal Data Processing


In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), we hereby inform you that:   


Data Controller (DC)
The Data Controller of your personal data is M&E Worldwide Sp. z o.o., located at Naukowa 6/41, 02-463 Warsaw, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under KRS number: 0001131818, NIP: 5223314005.   


Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing 
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:  
- Execution of an air transport agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),  
- Fulfillment of legal obligations imposed on the controller, including those arising from aviation, customs, and tax regulations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),  
- Communication related to your travel, providing flight updates, and handling inquiries (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),  
- Legitimate interests of the controller, such as pursuing or defending claims and ensuring passenger safety (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),  
- Marketing of our own products and services, subject to your consent, if provided (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).  


Data Recipients
Your personal data may be shared with:  
- Entities cooperating with Nexum Airways in providing transportation services (e.g., airline partners, ground handling agents),  
- Providers of legal, accounting, IT, and other services supporting Nexum Airways operations,  
- Government authorities and other entities authorized to access the data under legal regulations.  


Data Retention Period 
Your personal data will be retained:  
- For the duration of the agreement and the statute of limitations for any related claims,  
- For data processed based on consent – until such consent is withdrawn.  




Rights of Data Subjects 
You have the right to:  
- Access your personal data,  
- Rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of your data,  
- Object to data processing,  
- Transfer your data,  
- Withdraw your consent to data processing at any time (if the processing is based on consent),  
- Lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).  


Data Transfers Outside the EEA 
Your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) only when necessary for the execution of the transport agreement or compliance with legal obligations. In such cases, appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, will be applied.
